Offenders

If you have been "Named & Shamed" on our site we encourage you to send an apology to the relevant post once you have removed the offending image/s from your site or blog.

It is up to the original author of the image/s if they wish to remove your details or not.

If you can prove that you do indeed have proof or evidence that you have permission to use the image/s in question then tell us. If this is the case we will remove your information.

Please also note that even if your website was designed by a 3rd party - it is still your own obligation to ensure that you have prior written permission to use the images on it.

Be safe, only use images you have permission to use. If in doubt, ignorance is not a defence.
